Brid Mimnagh
Brid was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1984 and has significant experience in complex medical negligence actions advising in respect of matters involving both medical professionals, public and private hospitals. She has an extensive caseload involving all aspects of medical negligence. Trusted by her clients to provide clear and pragmatic advice, Brid is known for working closely with them to achieve the best possible outcome and understands the demands that litigation can place on a client. She is an experienced litigator and advocate, regularly appearing in the Circuit Court, High Court and Court of Appeal. Brid has a particular interest in cancer misdiagnosis and gynaecological negligence both in terms of cancers and harm caused to women in the course of gynaecological surgery and injuries during childbirth.
Brid is formerly a member of the Ethics and Guidance Committee of the Law Society. She won the bronze medal for exceptional achievement on graduation from University of Limerick and also holds a Diploma from Cambridge University in Advocacy.
Brid is available to provide appointments out of hours in the evenings or weekends, in person/telephone or by video conferencing.

- Post Graduate diploma from University of Essex, Colchester, England.
- Diploma from Cambridge University in Advocacy.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Family Law, and
- Diploma in ALPI (Court Irish, for conducting cases in Irish).
