We obtained a significant increase on an Injuries Board assessment of a Plaintiff’s claim in the High Court. The Injuries Board had assessed the Plaintiff’s injuries in the sum of €35,000.00. Following our advice, the Plaintiff rejected the assessment and a number of months later obtained a settlement for the sum of €55,000.00.
